Name
* The Name of the Village or City is important because, obviously, you need to have a name for your attack. It can be in any language, but since this is a pre-dominantly English-speaking board, you’re also required to attach, in parenthesis ( ) the name of the Village or City. Doing the name in another language adds some unique flavor to your Village or City, but it is not necessary. There are several online translators available for use in the production of names, and I will, at the end of this guide, give the link for the site that I use for translations.
Rank:
* D - S. There are multiple types of Villages and Cities with their own rank. Each rank establishes how much they make, what they are, how much they can do, the population of the Village - City, as well as how large the City - Village is. There are Three Main factors in stating the Rank of the village. Listed is the three most important factors. 1) City Population. 2) City Size. 3) City Economy.

o Village Economy
+ D Rank: 5,000 to 10,000 A not so pour village, lower class, people are perhaps starving within, and not much his happening. Most likely a village like this is being run by an organization. A Village or City can not buy any items that are more then its economy.
+ C Rank: 10,000 - 25,000 an upper village. A village that has enough money to sustain itself. These villages are somewhat rare but they can have good things within like even hot springs. A Village or City can not buy any items that are more then its economy.
+ B Rank: Beginning City, a Village that has been bumped up into the status of a City. The economy runs from 25,000 - 50,000 Ryo of economy. A Village or City can not buy any items that are more then its economy.
+ A Rank: Lower City is only for cities, they run from 50,000 to 100,000 in economy, but this is only for admins as well. A Village or City can not buy any items that are more then its economy.
+ S Rank: This is only for cities, the metropolis cities that can only be created by admins. The economy runs into the hundreds of thousands. A Village or City can not buy any items that are more then its economy.
Size:
* This is the section where you determine and state how big your village is, both in population and area. To do so you must decide an estimated amount of people there will be (npc’s) in the village. The chart is below is listed below. If you wish to have the village or city between 500 - 2,000 people living within the village then it will have a D rank population. The same goes for village size. How much land does the village cover? Remember, the bigger and more populated the village the easier it is to find, and the harder it is to get anything changed after creation, this means turning a place into a ninja like village (Which is Admin Approval). When you figure out the size that you want, please list it within here. Example: Population: 1,435 : Area: 1,542 Meter Radius.
o Village Population
+ D rank: Has a Population of up to 500 - 2,000 people
+ C rank: Has a Population of up to 2,000 - 5,000 people
+ B rank: Has a Population of up to 5,000 - 10,000 people
+ A rank: Has a Population of up to 10,000 -15,000 people
+ S rank: Has a Population of up to 15,000 -and more people
o Village Size
+ D rank: Has a Land Mass of 1,000-5,000 meter radius.
+ C rank: Has a Land Mass of 5,000-10,000 meter radius.
+ B rank: Has a Land Mass of 10,000-15,000 meter radius.
+ A rank: Has a Land Mass of 15,000-20,000 meter radius.
+ S rank: Has a Land Mass of 20,000- more meter radius.
Please remember that any Village created may not be that of a small island. It must be within a plausible country already listed within the Boards within the Naruto Forum. Keep the area you are settling in logical to the village size.
Location:
* In this section you must place where exactly the village is in relation to the rest of the world. Is it in the Sea Country? Fire country? What landmarks is it near? You must also specifically state how many posts of 3 - 5 sentence paragraph posts before you should be able to find it. It is best to take a picture of the location by cropping the Geographical map and pasting it. However do not just leave this with just a picture. Go nuts with it, be specific about the location of the Village.
Restrictions:
* What is the restrictions of this village? Is the village hidden? Do you need to be part of it from birth to enter the village? How well guarded is this village? Is the village very secretive? Tell us about the surroundings and anything special you may need or do to get into the village if any. One of the biggest things that must be known is, in order to enter the village do people need to contact the creator of the village before so getting permission? Is there only one way to enter the village?
Hierarchy:
* Every village has its own government. How is it run? Who runs the village? Is there a mayor, a council? These are questions that needs to be answered. Others are what are the consequences of certain laws being disobeyed. What are certain laws that needs to be stated. There may never be a king, or a queen what so ever, however you must take the time to establish the meaning of a government. This must be stated within detail in order for it to be passed. This is perhaps the second most detail thing within the template. When describing the council or those that are in charge you must describe them in detail such as what they look like, what they look like, what their personality and etc.
Description:
* This should be the most in depth thing you have ever written. In this section you must describe every single detail of the villages appearance. Where everything is in relation to everything else. The sights, sounds, and feelings of the village. Diagrams are helpful, but text is the only way to get anything excepted. Here you must state and describe the locations and the points of interests that are stated for every village. Here you must also explain how villagers act towards multiple different types of races, and outsiders. The why should stem from history in some way. Also explain the fashions of the village, and why people wear certain types of cloths. Also give some explanation of what certain types of important dates are. What kind of celebrations do they have? Again this must be indepth, state sights, indepth of creations, and how people are.
History:
* How and why was a village created. When was the village created there. Why was the village's location considered. Was it because of an abundance of resources? Basically this should be a very in depth description of the past of this village. Also state the certain types of people that were used to create the city. What were the most indepth times of the city that made the city the way they are? What are the important dates of the city?
