Personality: Suave. The one word that describes Tsubine. His words flow with his body language. He knows when to say something and how to say it. He has a knack for being a party animal, but he doesn't go to wild parties, but his are galas, along the more sophisticated track of society. He does have a tenancy to get hot headed when he's stressed. He can be popular with the ladies when he wants to be. And even then, he just wants attention. However, his tenancy to be this charismatic has also lead him to have a cold tone.
However, his main personality is not the one above...that is his public personality.
Tsubine is the person someone like Sasuke sees in his nightmares. Tsubine's style of attack is derived from his personality: hack, slash, hack, slash, kill. He received his great-great-grandfather's knack for reading body language. He will obey orders to-the-letter, as hes know for dotting his "i's" and crossing his "t's". He will stop at nothing to complete his mission, even it means he dies in the process, many people think he got that trait from his great-great-grandfather.

Detailed Description of Usage:
This attack forms on one eye, and can be turned off. This will, however go awry, and eventually overrun the user's eye, making it useless other than the Shuboku Manako's purpose.
The Shuboku Manako is used to see air fluctuations. When something moves, the Shuboku Manako sees this and can zone in on the moving object. Expert users can tune out things like leaves, water, etc.

History: Born into what was nobility at the time, Tsubine was to be the last son born to that house. When he was only seven, an army set fire to his village and burned the palace to the ground. It is said that he wasn't at the palace at the time, but there is no proof of him being at the palace or away from it. Tsubine trained with an unknown man, who later revealed his name to be Einzer. Einzer taught Tsubine how to wield a sword and showed him the art of two-sword-style.
Tsubine eventually left Einzer and went on a journey to find out who killed his entire family. Upon this journey, he learned that it was Einzer who was the ringleader. Tsubine returned to the palace remains to find Einzer with his two swords unsheathed and in his hands. A massive fight occured between the two. Tsubine was using two swords that he had found in the Tomb of the Unknown. Oblivion was in his right hand while Requiem was in his left. The battle left Einzer dead and Tsubine a cold man. Tsubine now wanders and kills anyone who dares cross him. His hands are so bloodstainted, they say the palms of them are the same color as blood...
